Washington |
| Washigton, one year old. Absolute Poverty.
Abandoned to die
we didn't receive more informa- |
| tion 06/2003. |

 |
Six brothers - 03/2002 |
 |
| One, two, three, four, five, six new children that for the moment,
have ceased |
| to be part of the world of suffering, misery and
abandonment.
These six belo- |
| ved but frightened children joined our company and
will certainly they will fill |
|
| your heart with joy.
They were living in profound misery and in sub-human conditions,
with a mother suffering |
| from mental problems, who abandoned the six children.
Maybe it would be possible to do something for the mo- |
| ther.
But what about these children?
Are we responsible for them?
How far does our responsibility go? |
 |
We were approached by the Child Welfare in our region and they
gave us the report about the |
| children. In reality, because the
Shelter-Home has only been operative for little over a month, |
| we
were not ready to receive any child, let alone six! The
shelter-home Happy People's Hiding |
| Place is still in a period of
adjustment and adaptation, but how could we say "NO"?! |
|
| How could we say "NO" six times ?
Would YOU ? |
