The Caleb History
A brave warrior who fought and conquered death
 
Caleb was found crying in the middle of a heap of scraps of cardboard and paper
The biological son of a rubbish collector, he was found to be in a state of extreme
malnutrition. His diet for some time had been only water and sugar and due to this
his.life was at risk.
His body could not manage to hold up his head and his
whole system was very debilitated. Several doctors gave
up on him. After much prayer, love and medical interven-
tion little by little what we knew to be possible through the
Lord Jesus came about. Caleb gradually recovered - each
day he lived was a victory achieved. As he had never ea-
ten solid food when he was fed, having started to eat he
refused to stop. He cried a lot and we had to try
to control his total desperation as he believed
each meal would be his last. It was some time
before he believed that meals would be regular
and that due to the mercy of God he would not
lack food any more
 
Today to see him praising and praying is very special, a child so small and so thankful
to God. Caleb is more than a miracle, he is a life-example to everyone and a blessing
in the lives of those who know him.
