The problem although it is known by all of us and, from an
ethical point of view, one that should be considered intole-
rable for any community, continues receiving little attention
This demonstrates that evenin the social and political poli-
cies it is only the rich orpowerful groups that are conside-
red.
 
The miserable.
  
 
The children are the lowest priorities, for it is well known that these groups suffer in
silence and the end is always the same.
 
 
 
Will it ever be that these will have a chance in life?
 
 
We hope in the Lord for us to be able to make a difference
in the life of many children.
